We are informed of the time they are coming, they do the work professionally, they explain what they've done and their costs, broken down by parts and labor and if necessary they make recommendations as to what we should be watching for in the future. They are happy to give written recommendations as to any further work that would be required with no pushing to do the work now. We would use Roger Vadnais again and strongly recommend their services.
