  The folks at Computer Replay have always been top notch! When time is of the essence they have always come through while exceeding our expectations. They have taken care of our computer network for years and will continue for many more. A great place I would recommend to anyone.

  Stay away from this place. I could not shut down my computer because of the anti-virus software I downloaded. They said that they could diagnose the problem by a specific time, but when I called the service tech, a couple of hours before the designated time, she could now not give me a time (and she was rude about it, and apparently it was such a complex problem that it required some serious diagnostic process--a lie). I said to stop the process and then without my authorization she "fixed" my computer, by taking the software off, which meant that I had a bunch of error messages due to missing .dll files. (Good job!) At pick up her manager (who was not present) only wanted cash (so I wouldn't cancel the charge). I talked her into the charge because I told if I had to come back, it was not going to be pleasant. (Though later she called me and offered a $20 refund, though I'd have to drive back...which was still $55 too much.) I had to go through the process of getting my money back. Luckily the service tech response was so poorly written and so full of lies (like there were thousands of instances of spyware, malware, etc. on a rarely used PC that has anti-virus software and a firewall and rarely accesses the Internet) that the credit card company gave me a refund. Don't waste your time with this company!
