  We visited Bear Patch today for the first time. We went in to find backing for a flannel quilt. While we didn't find what we were looking for, we (my husband and I) found a quilt on the wall that we fell in love with. The class for the quilt has a waiting list (I'm second on the list ). I expressed interest in getting the materials but of course I want my bigger than the pattern. The pattern book has been sold out (and the next order is not in yet) so without the help of a book the staff spent a good deal of time helping me figure out what adjustment needed to be made in my fabric purchase to make the quilt the size I want. Two wonderful ladies spent extra time with us and we went away having everything we need to make the quilt except the book, but they will call me when it comes in. While I really hope that an opening comes and I can take the class I'm confident that I can do it on my own with tips and tricks shared with me today. Thank you so much for your dedication to your customers. It was a five star experience today!
